The company is located in Tainan Industrial Park, Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province, southwest of Taicheng City and east of New 204 National Highway, with convenient transportation. There are currently 56 employees and 18 professional and technical personnel. The factory covers an area of 66 square meters and has a building area of 5200 square meters. The production area is equipped with operational processes such as metal cutting, assembly, and debugging; We have 96 sets of various types of machine tools, testing equipment, and instruments. The company has established the Yancheng Municipal Mechanical Design Technology Center, which has the means of market research, independent innovation design, manufacturing technology, process equipment, testing and control. At the beginning, the company mainly manufactured various powder forming presses, ship stern shafts, rudder shafts, and peripheral supporting stern shaft sealing devices, stern tube white alloy bearings, intermediate bearings, upper and lower thallium bearings, traditional compartment devices such as pressure water tanks, hot water tanks, brake devices, and small shaft transmission devices.

In recent years, the company has focused on strengthening the development and research of special machine tools. In the field of specialized machine tools for large diesel engine cylinder liners and cylinder heads, the T (TZ Heavy) series deep hole (precision and rough machining) boring machine has been successfully developed. Recently completed the research and development of pipe system engineering processing equipment, including pipe body, flange positioning, connection combination machine tool, and pipe body CNC gantry mobile drilling machine.

The company has extensive exchanges and cooperation with universities such as Nanjing Forestry University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, and Jiangsu Agricultural University, and has established industry university research consortia. In the field of rotary cutting of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and high-quality wood, breakthroughs have been made in the manufacturing accuracy and working accuracy of machine tools.
